Frequently Asked Questions
Am I billed automatically?
The bronze and silver plans renew automatically at the end of each month. Your card will be charged automatically when your plan renews. The gold and platinum plans are annual plans and renew automatically at the end of each 12 month period.
Can I share my membership with my teammates?
No. The only person who may use your membership card and therefore the benefits attached to it are you. Anyone found abusing the system and allowing others to purchase through them or by using their card will have their membership revoked and will be unable to re-apply.
Can I change my plan if I want to upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan you may do so at anytime. If you have already paid for the current month, the changes will not go into effect until the following month.
Do I have to carry my ID card?
Yes and no. You may keep a digital copy of your card on your phone but, when making a purchase you must have some form of ID on you to identify you as a member.
What is reserved field priority?
Around large regional events or national events we often make our fields available for rental. Gold and Platinum members would have the first opportunity to place reservations before they are opened to other members.
What if I pay for all of my Team's paint and entry, can I buy all the paint and entry for my team using my membership benefits?
No. This program provides benefits only to the individual membership holder. Using your benefits to buy products for others to consume is a violation of the terms of your membership. We do have programs for team owners and will handle these on a case by case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss such a partnership.
Do I need a membership to play at the field?
No. non-members are welcome at the field as they always have been.
