Reservation and Cancellation Policies

  • Refunds of deposited funds will only be made for cancellations made 72 hours or more ahead of the reservation time.
  • Rescheduling a reservation requires 24 hour notice.  Appointments can only be rescheduled for the same day.    
  • Refunds of deposited funds will not be made for rain or other inclement weather UNLESS the park is forced to close for safety reasons.
  • We will always make the best effort to have all of our rental packages available for every reservation but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular package for your reservation.  Refund will not be given because a particular rental package was not available at the time of your reservation.

 Play Pass Cancellation Policies

The following policies apply to all Legacy Sports Play Passes.

  • Refund WILL NOT be given for missed play pass dates.
  • You may exchange your play pass for a different date by contacting us 24 hours BEFORE the date that your play pass is issued for.
  • Refunds will not be given for inclement weather UNLESS the park is forced to close for safety reasons.
